Our City Spring Spruce Up

This year's annual Our City Spring Spruce Up event was once again a big success!  Over 260 volunteers to took the streets of downtown Eau Claire on May 17th in order to shed the winter season from the downtown area and prepare it for the sunny days ahead.  Projects completed by the record number of volunteers ranged from painting the bus terminal, to cleaning up vacant store fronts, to helping remodel the Eau Claire Children's Theatre. 

Together, individuals and families alike donated over 1,500 hours of community service in order to spruce up the downtown area.  The work that the volunteers put in made a difference not only to the downtown area but to the Eau Claire community as a whole.  Downtown Eau Claire, Inc would like to give a big thank you to all the volunteers that showed up and to all those that provided food and services for the day, including:
