Downtown Eau Claire, Inc. has many opportunities for individuals and companies to contribute to downtown revitalization and development. You can volunteer on one of our committees or explore our sponsorship opportunities, either way you can make a difference. The following committees and Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) meet on a regular basis and all are open to public. Each committee is always looking for fresh, new ideas and anyone can attend meetings. Downtown revitalization starts with the volunteers!

DECI Board of Directors - The DECI board of directors is a body of twenty-one elected officials that directs DECI's future and strategic goals.

Festivals Committee-Be a part of something big! The Festivals Committee organizes and facilitates downtown special events, including Summerfest, Christmastime in the City, and International Fall Festival. If you have ideas about events you’d like to see happen downtown, this committee is for you!

Loft Apartment Project Committee-This committee is all about turning the old into new. It unites property owners, builders, and designers to renovate 2nd floors into urban lofts and hosts an event centered on touring downtown housing.

Marketing Plan Committee-Want to help us get the word out about Downtown Eau Claire in style? Join this committee! It develops and implements image campaigns for downtown.

Retail/Restaurant Committee-This committee is dedicated to the small downtown business owners. It coordinates general image marketing, cooperative ad campaigns, public relations, and small events for the downtown area.

Transportation Committee-If you’re concerned about bike and pedestrian safety, this committee is for you! Its mission is to uphold the highest safety standards for those on foot or bike.
