West Grand BID
The West Grand Avenue Business Improvement District (BID) was created in 1987 to allow business and property owners in the West Grand Avenue business community to develop, manage, and promote their business district and to establish an assessment method to fund these activities. The West Grand Avenue BID comprises the commercial area on the west bank of the Chippewa River from First Avenue to Second Avenue.
